Laura Stiehl (Gillesse)
Laura has worked with seniors since she was a teenager, in high school and college. She started out working for an assisted living and memory care community in the dining room, and then in the summers as a caregiver. She had a special place in her heart for the residents in memory care. In college, she started doing an internship in advertising and after graduation moved to Colorado where she worked for an advertising agency. After a few promotions and time at the advertising agency, she felt like she needed a change. Working with seniors had always felt so fulfilling and enjoyable. She has worked at several senior living communities in the Denver metro area. Laura has been recognized with awards in sales in the industry, but prides herself on being a resource for her clients. You can expect a knowledgeable and caring conversation with her.

Jill Skridulis
Jill first worked with seniors as an in-home, non-medical caregiver starting in college. It was during this time that she discovered her love for helping others, and especially enjoyed learning from seniors and listening to their life stories. She continued doing this work for four years prior to beginning her career in Social Services for Skilled Nursing Facilities. Over the course of the next five years she gained invaluable knowledge about safe discharge planning, management of psychotropic medication, Medicaid and Medicare regulations, Health Insurance coverage and was trained in dementia care with the Alzheimer’s Association. She is most proud of being nominated for Social Worker of the year, and for assisting with pioneering a program to reduce the use of psychotropic medications for seniors.
Jill moved to Colorado from her home state of Illinois in 2007 with her husband, Mike. They have two beautiful little girls, Olivia and Sophia, along with their dog, Scout.
